The staff were extremely friendly and helpful- from the reception staff to the young lady in the bar to the housekeepers. The parking in the underground garage was so convenient, the hotel is in pristine condition and the location was an easy coastal walk to everything.

The experience was amazing from start to end. We arrived late at night around 2:00 and Spyros was there to welcome us with a smile regardless of the hour! The room was fantastic and what counts more for me it has an amazing bed. Everything was super clean with all amenities you need. The staff at breakfast was super and the food was freshly made. We got amazing tips from Eirini as to where to drive to to find the perfect beach bars and food recommendations. I 100% recommend Theta Boutique Hotel.

This is a true gem, with a lot of charm, elegance and history. Feels like having a hotel particulier as your private residence in Chania. It’s a 10 minute walk from the scenic old town, but at the same time in a local and calm neighborhood. A bonus is the beach, just 3 minutes walk away. Owner and staff are amazing, and makes you feel instantly at home.

We stayed in this house for just three days and we wished it could have been more, we absolutely loved it! The house is super clean, modern and has everything you need - AC, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, all the kitchen supplies like cups and cutlery, washing machine, amazing terrace and the best thing is its location - a few minutes to a beautiful city beach with golden sand and clear sea and then just a few minutes to the center of the old town. I really hope we will come back one day. + the host was super heplful, she answered all my questions and helped with everything 10/10

Amazing hotel! The design is absolutely beautiful—stylish and very comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and tastefully decorated. The location is very convenient: close to the Old Town, yet at the same time there are no any problems with parking , which is very important! Highly recommended!
