The hotel is new, it is in the great location, and staff is absolutely incredible. They pay attention to every detail. Room is always cleaned when you have breakfast, regardless of when you choose to have it, so you never see a cleaning lady. Staff is extremely polite, accomodating every request we had with kindness. Rooftop is amazing, we not only enjoyed relaxing there, but also teleworking. Great atmosphere, feeling very welcomed. THANK YOU.

Sofia was the sweetest host I have ever had, she was very helpful and always kind. The hostel was extraordinary, clean and a beautiful terrace with a nice breeze during the summer. The kitchen was also very good! The bathroom was cleaned everyday. 100% would recommend!

My stay there was short but everything was nice. The location is perfect close to Milrolimano and Pasalomani with a log of oprion for food and drinks nearby. The apartment is nice and clean, the view from the balcony is perfect. The staff was really helpful in our contact. I hope to come back again !!!

We loved everything about Seaside Grey Pearl Villa. The location was great, the villa was exceptional!! We felt right at home. The villa was spacious, comfortable, spotless and had the most amazing terrace overlooking the marina. Really beautiful!! Also, the villa had a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. So really nothing is missing. What made our stay very special were the hosts who are wonderfully warm, helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after. The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood that feels very safe. At the same time, it is in a walking distance from the vivid part of Pireus full of restaurants (Mikrolimano). It is also close to the bus that brings you to the metro station so you can easily get to Athens. Only be aware it is almost on the top of the hill so you have to walk always down-and-up hill. But you have a great view from the terrace that belongs to the appartment. The on-line communication with the owner was great, as well as the detailed instructions he sent us before. Be sure to read them before to find the right place! We got the code to get in, it was very convenient, since we arrived late in the night. We could also leave the luggage in the hallway after the check-out till our evening departure, which we really appreciated.
