On a rating scale of 1 to 10, we would give a 100 if we could! From the minute we arrived we were greeted with big smiles and professional,friendly management and staff. Generously given a very early check in.A glass of bubbles because it was our 30th anniversary. Fruit in the room. A balcony which was definitely a free upgrade. The hotel is modern and squeaky clean. The breakfast was delicious and the portions are very large. We cannot compliment Twinn Downtown Piraeus,Santikos Collection enough for their genuine determination to attend to every detail of their guest's stay and ensure each individual's comfort. Always helpful and willing to help with big smiles!!!!! The location is very central and close to the ferry port,shops and excellent restaurants. After 30 years of traveling around the globe this has got to be the best place we have stayed!We will definitely be back. This great team know what they are doing and how to be successful at running a fantastic hospitality establishment that ticks all the boxes.Well done and thank you for a fabulous start to our Greek holiday.
