Located in K11, one of the tallest skyscrapers in Kowloon, is Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui. The bed was super comfortable. Staff very friendly. I was allowed an early check-in much to my surprise, I had arrived at 10AM and was planning to just leave my bags in storage until I could get my room key (usually 3PM). It was very nice to get it so early.

Designed by famous local architects, the stylish Hotel ICON enjoys harbor views in Tsim Sha Tsui East Kowloon. It presents a rooftop outdoor heated pool, pampering spa services and a health club. Wonderful staff — from frontdesk, porters, to housekeeping... everyone was top-notch in providing generously helpful & efficient helpfulness, the sort that I would consider beyond the normal call-of-duty levels. Everyone I personally encountered seemed genuinely happy working at the hotel — and happy employees always make a palpable difference to the quality of a guest's experience! Based on that one merit alone, I will always choose to stay at Hotel ICON any time I'm back in HK. So additionally, with impressive general hotel facilities (go up to the rooftop gym/pool and experience it yourself!), with well-appointed rooms (even my "basic" room felt super lux: 1) loved the spacious bathroom set-up 2) the bed was oh-sooo- super comfy 3) had a great harbour view 4) (my favourite room details: omg, the snacks stuffed in the mini-fridge are ALL complimentary; PLUS there's even a dedicated, in-room tap for filtered drinking water on demand!!!!!) — it's an obvious no-brainer for almost anyone to make Hotel ICON THE hotel to stay at while taking in the sights and delights of HK!

Occupying a prime waterfront location overlooking Victoria Harbor, InterContinental Hong Kong features fitness facilities. Normally, I am very demanding when it comes to hotels, but the facilities are fantastic and the staff super helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel anytime and come back in the future.

Excellent location! Walking distance to Avenue of Stars, K11 MUSEA, and next to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR etc. If you are a fan of Jenny's cookies, the shop is just opposite the hotel. It was one of the best triple rooms that I came across! 👍 Very friendly and approachable staff. Keep up the good work!

The rooms were excellent, they have thought of everything you might need. Service was superb, from the Front Desk, to Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Room Service! Well located in the Tsim Sha Tsui district of Hong Kong, The OTTO Hotel is set 820 feet from iSquare, 1312 feet from Mira Place 2 and 1640 feet from Harbor City. My husband and I loved the location! Close to every popular places and transportation! We also loved the interior! Perfect for two!
