My flight was delayed and the kind host guided me through the check-in process after 11pm with a lot of patience, it was great to have some refreshments waiting in the minibar which were included. The location is phantastic and the room is spotless clean. Enjoying the first coffee in the morning on the little balcony made a the Italian feeling perfect! Location in the ancient center, near the subway Everything is absolutely perfect. The owner is a friendly and helpful person. On the last day when we were supposed to leave the apartment in the morning, our granddaughter got sick. He left us at the apartment until departure for the airport by 6 p.m.

We liked the location of the property, in a nice neighborhood with pastry shops and restaurants nearby, close to the lungomare and other tourist attractions. The apartment is very clean, and coffee and croissants are provided every morning. The room is cleaned daily. Communication with the owner was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Naples.

The Casa Gennarino has a perfect location in the heart of Napoli. From there, you can visit the inner city by foot and the very clean and nicely decorated apartment has everything you need for your city trip. Our highlight was the communication with Marco, who was a perfect host. He gave us very nice recommendations (for example the best pizza in Napoli) and the communication with him was very easy via whatsapp. For the last day, he let us leave the luggage longer, so we could visit the city even more. Thanks again for the lovely stay! :)
