I chose Toledostop because of its location on Toledo Street. In a very convenient location, elevator, clean common areas. The room was small, but very clean, the bathroom was comfortable, the bed too. There were hot water kettles in the common areas, which we used to make coffee in the morning. I was impressed that there were toilets in the common areas (unless they were attached to some rooms)...The windows are very well soundproofed.

The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping so close. Metro to central train station is a few hundred metres. The facilities were great. Very clean

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with Booking so far. First impression, extremely clean apartment! Everything new inside. Gives you a feeling that you are literally first person who rented a place. They were thinking about every little detail that you might need. Owner (or person who is running the business) super nice, communicative and helpful. He helped us to organize transportation to the airport (super early flight). Amazing location in the heart of Naples, everything is in walking distance. Huge recommendation and big thank you for everything!

Excellent communication with Antonella, who was a perfect host. She checked to make sure everything was ok and asked what time would be good to clean the room. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The room was so clean and tidy and cleaned every day to a high standard. There was a coffee machine with biscuits and even toothbrushes in the bathroom if you forget your own. Excellent location on one of the mains streets. We arrived late just before midnight but Antonella had left clear instructions on how to enter the building and the room with codes, which was very easy to do. Thank you so much for our fantastic experience, we will definitely book again if we come to Naples.

Excellent location, in the heart of Spanish Quarter. Service was impeccable. Front desk available 24hrs and very hospitable. Breakfast crew was lovely, had nice old-school canzoni Napoletane playing in the breakfast area. So enjoyable! Liked that the area was available after hours for a tea or coffee and a small pastry. Room was spacious, good bathroom facilities.
