The location was great. Nice and close to the train station and you could get to other things quickly. Lorenzo was super helpful and he had a map with highlights for our stay. It was a perfect stay.

I chose Toledostop because of its location on Toledo Street. In a very convenient location, elevator, clean common areas. The room was small, but very clean, the bathroom was comfortable, the bed too. There were hot water kettles in the common areas, which we used to make coffee in the morning. I was impressed that there were toilets in the common areas (unless they were attached to some rooms)...The windows are very well soundproofed.

I stayed at your hotel with two friends and we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located, which was very convenient. Upon departure, we found out that our flight had been cancelled, but Mr. Francesco remained incredibly calm and helpful. He truly thought along with us and immediately came up with possible solutions — which was very reassuring. The beds were comfortable and every member of the staff was extremely friendly and kind. We really felt welcome. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

The room is situated in perfect location, few meters from via Toledo and metro. It was very clean and cosy and Vincenzo was particulary attentive and helpful with suggestions for any kind of question we had regarding excursions. Would reccomend absolutely!

Location IS great! Really walkablle to All atractions, main streets, port, station of metro. Really easy accsess. The apartment is nice and clean. Marianna IS great host, provided us with info how to get there, easy reachable by WhatsApp. We have stayed for 3 nights, really enjoyed our stay from first minute to last one.

Very clean, new and spacious accommodation. Surprisingly quiet even though it is in the centre of the busy area. Great location for exploring the town. We could walk or take a metro to get anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was quick to respond and gave me clear instruction about the self check in. We would definitely want to stay here if we come back to Napoli again!

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment in an excellent location in the heart of the spanish quarters. Plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Loved the host left coffee pods, I loved the coffee machine! The balcony was great too, to soak I'm the atmosphere. Doors and windows closed super quiet inside!
