Lovely interior, breakfast delivered to the room, nice balcony. Everything feels and looks new and clean.
Lorenzo is keeping the place and is very welcoming!
Take the left staircase when entering the building and climb to 3rd floor (which is 4t or 5th in Eastern European floor numbers). The surroundings and building are funky, but inside it is super nice!

Martina was very patient in guiding me on how to check in, and she thoughtfully turned on the air conditioner in advance, which made me, who was very hot and stuffy just after arriving, feel very happy. At the same time, she recommended delicious restaurants for us tourists, categorizing them into different types, all of which were excellent. I can only describe the room as perfect—everything was absolutely perfect. I love this high-ceilinged room, especially the small balcony facing the street, which allowed me to enjoy the evening in Naples. Martina was always responsive to my needs; she replied promptly whenever I sent a message, which is really rare. Moreover, there were no unpleasant incidents during our stay. The room was clean and tidy, with a refrigerator and Netflix—it was simply fantastic.

Francesco proved to be an excellent host. Immediately available on the phone, he waited for us until late in the evening because of the train delay. The b&b is at few steps from Toledo metro Stop. The room is large, with an incredible spa hub, new, comfortable very clean. Breakfast excellent in the bar (50 meters from the b&b).
