We liked everything, from breakfast, room to shuttle service. We choose to hire the shuttle service and it was amazing, even though our plane was delayed several times our driver was patiently waiting for us, we encourage to take this service because you will have no problems and the experience is great. Excellent communication with Antonella, who was a perfect host. She checked to make sure everything was ok and asked what time would be good to clean the room. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The room was so clean and tidy and cleaned every day to a high standard. There was a coffee machine with biscuits and even toothbrushes in the bathroom if you forget your own. Excellent location on one of the mains streets. We arrived late just before midnight but Antonella had left clear instructions on how to enter the building and the room with codes, which was very easy to do. Thank you so much for our fantastic experience, we will definitely book again if we come to Naples.

Lovely interior, breakfast delivered to the room, nice balcony. Everything feels and looks new and clean. Lorenzo is keeping the place and is very welcoming! Take the left staircase when entering the building and climb to 3rd floor (which is 4t or 5th in Eastern European floor numbers). The surroundings and building are funky, but inside it is super nice!
