Everything in the room was very well thought-out, laid-out and was of good quality. I felt that the management really thought about the customer's experience in the way the room, bathroom etc was furnished, laid out etc. The lighting and power-points, the light switches, the kettle, good quality tea in the room and excellent quality night-wear in real cotton. Overall a sense of high quality and care. There were no ugly and useless items or papers. Everything perfectly neat and clean. It was also excellent that the heating / cooling in the room could be easily controlled by the guest. The final point is that the staff were all very positive, friendly and laid-back. Even though I walked into reception with an ice-cream, they were 100% professional and sincere. I was checked-in within minutes of my arrival. Excellent work by the reception staff.

I am a Snoopy fan, so I have wanted to stay at this hotel for quite some time now. Each room is uniquely designed, and ours is lovely. Blasting the air conditioner is necessary as the summer heat (Aug) seeps in from outside. They are very generous with their amenities, which is amazing. All staff are friendly at the reception, cafe, and restaurant.

Very convenient location, staff exceptionally helpful, room facilities very good, We advised them that we were vegetarian and they prepared for us twice special delicious meals and one evening searched around to find a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant which was excellent.
