It was clean and cozy. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. In terms of location, the hotel is near by Sannomiya station which is the center of Kobe. It takes less than 10mins by walk to the station.

Excellent service with unexpected surprise. Although our room is a bit smaller than expected due to 3 of us with a 11 year old son, they have given us a special arrangement to make everyone comfortable. 10/10 to Snoopy Hotel staff and this is more than service, is hospitality!

I made a mistake with the room and the staff moved us at no extra cost. The staff were very hospitable during the entire stay, continually being helpful to accommodate our needs. The breakfast and facilities were fantastic and hotel is in an excellent location.

Very convenient location, staff exceptionally helpful, room facilities very good, We advised them that we were vegetarian and they prepared for us twice special delicious meals and one evening searched around to find a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant which was excellent.
