The price is high, but you can expect a lot. The hotel rooms were great. You could choose if you prefer to sleep in big comfy western beds or prefered a Japanese futon instead (there were two rooms, so enough space to get the futons out).
Maybe prepare a bit in advance, so that you know what´s going on, because the English introduction at reception is a bit shorter than the Japanese one, but the staff is always really helpful and can answer your questions.
Breakfast and diner were both included and were fantastic. The sushi cook in the evening was so helpful and we tried 2-3 different sort of fish we never had before. And all the other dishes were great, too. Don´t forget to stop in time, so that there is still room for dessert ;o)
The onsen on the roof is wonderful. You have an excellent night view and can see the beautiful harbour area. There is an onsen for women and one for men. First there is a big room where you undress and put your clothes in little baskets. Then there is a shower room followed by a pool, a whirlpool and the lovely onsen.
And if you want to spend around 200 Yen extra, don´t forget to visit the room with the massage chairs. They are amazing.

This is a great budget option! It is super close to the station so it makes getting around very easy. The bunks were roomy too, with really good blackout curtains if you want to sleep early or late. The property has a microwave and kettle, which makes preparing food easy. They also have the option of ¥100 for all you can drink tea or coffee for one night.
A big mixture of travellers stay, I even made a another new friend!!!
