Staff - Friendly and attentive. There was a lovely lady who remembers us and would check in on us on our stay and breakfast choice.
Location - Pretty convenient. Lots of malls nearby so food and shopping are easily accessible.
Room - Super spacious. The standout is definitely the bathtub - the best ever had!! Interior wise, you can tell this building has been around for a while, which depending on your taste see it as dated or grand. We see it as a plus because we don't see this sort of interior much, and it's a nice change!

Great location! Only a few minutes by walk from Sannomiya station. Lots of bars and good food around. Walking distance to mountain, waterfalls and ropeway to herbal garden. The local sento (bathhouse) is among the best I've been to in Japan.
