Hotels near Kobe Station, Kobe

Rooms were clean, bed was big and comfortable, location was fantastic, right outside JR Kobe station, very close to the harbour and Umie shopping mall, etc. Overall I consider this hotel very good value for money.

Good location, room and staff services. We had a spacious room with sea view which was so far the best hotel deal.

It has a great location close to the subway, it has a coin laundry if you need. I liked that there was TV

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious compared to most hotel rooms. We chose the premium room, but it still exceeded expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to quite a few tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming. In addition, there’s a public bath, which features a fantastic hot spring bath.

The location The breakfast was wonderful

I would say this is one of the best business hotel I’ve ever lived with such a cheap price. Couldn’t recommend more

Onsen! Great neighborhood with nice amentities.

location is prefect, close to JR station and shopping area

Room size, location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast.

Good: it’s very close to the station Not good: in the first room I slept in, the mattress was so worn and old that I felt the springs in my back. So I moved to the other side, which was so hard that I woke up several times during the night and had pain in my lower back upon getting up. When I went to the reception to request a different room with above explanation, I was told “all beds are the same”, and the only option was a bigger room which I had to pay 2200 yen extra for. I understand that an upgrade requires more money, but the first room was not worth what I’d paid and I feel I received insufficient compassion from the staff. Furthermore, the fridge was so strong that when I took out my food the next morning everything was frozen solid (even though I’d put the strength of the fridge on 2 out of 7) and I had to throw everything away. Although I slept better in the second room (even though the mattress was still hard), this was not the experience I had hoped it would be.

Perfect location near Kobe railway station. Just a few minute walk to the harbour with shopping and restaurants. Comfortable room and a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

If i have a chance i will choose Toyoko inn becoz my personally like Breakfast here much but many i found Hotel was fulled 😊

The host was very friendly and the room had everything you needed for a short stay.

24 hour receptionist & very good english

Very poor breakfast, no western breakfast option. There is bread but no accompaniment to it, no butter, jam, milk, cold cuts, etc... Especially no coffee !!!

Overall experience with staff, view, amenities, room, and space was perfect, as advertised. We could not have asked for more, as it was perfect as hoped for our first night after marriage. We hope to come back again!

The Wi-Fi connection was not that bad.

Excellent breakfast with a lot of varieties!

Its very spacious and people are very friendly
