The Hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. My room was very clean , comfortable and spacious.

The location is very good. 5 to 10 minutes to the main attractions.

Located next to Sannomiya station, large bathtub, great views from the higher floors, the in-room massage chair, the extra amenities from reception and the focus on wellness - loved our stay in Kobe.

Big room especially by Japan standards. The Room itself was so nice and had a large tv that has access to streaming apps. Bathroom was also big by Japan standards with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable, and supplied more than one pillow per person which is more rare than you would expect in Japan! The location is great as it's right across from a Don Quijote, nearby a subway station and has a lot of restaurants nearby too.

Location was in city center with many resturants around. Amenities Rooms were spacious as mostly hotel in Japan have very small rooms but this one had comparativily bigger rooms. Free Cofee swrved from 10am to 10pm.

Very beautiful hotel, and good price. The location was perfect in Kobe. Also it is near a beautiful temple. The service was perfect on every aspect of the hotel, thanks to perfect educated staffs. The breakfast was wonderful with local and with other country’s foods. Sleeping quality was super (pillow, sheet, pyjamas).

Room was nice and clean. Location was very central and close to anything you need in Kobe.

Very convenient location, staff exceptionally helpful, room facilities very good, We advised them that we were vegetarian and they prepared for us twice special delicious meals and one evening searched around to find a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant which was excellent.

Spacious very clean rooms, bathroom had plenty of space and the shower was amazing, provided amenities were of high quality, lounge area was lovely for sitting with the provided coffee/tea ect in the afternoons/evenings, close to shops/restaurants and trains.

Very clean and quiet. Close to shopping areas.

Snoopy dog is everywhere in the hotel. I like it！The elevator is cool.

Good location great clean place to stay

Good, central location, comfortable bed and good shower/bath. The WiFi and TV worked well. Fridge and an electric kettle, mugs and glasses provided in the room, microwave in thelobby. Friendly staff.
