The staff were amazing! They assisted us in making reservations that we were unable to make ourselves, and were very friendly every time we saw them! Happy hour on friday was a great touch also. The apartment was a great size, and had heaps of space for multiple travelers to spread out.

Loved the location, and the facilities around us, the fact there is a mini theme park - so fun! Lots of great food places and places for a beer after exploring all day. Close to a few metro stations, room was great - bigger than most of our other Japan hotels which was fab with two big suitcases. Staff were helpful and facilities on site were great, had a brilliant stay!

It's right beside Don Quijote, room size is quite spacious and that they leave you a change of towels at your doorstep everyday even if you didn't ask to clean the room. Easy check in and check out process. I booked 3 rooms and didn't encounter any problem.

Location was great. The room was very clean with all amenities and staff were very friendly and helpful. There are nice restaurants in the area and its located very close to convenience stores. Its also located right next to a Don Quijote so you can go shopping at midnight which is a huge plus.
