Everything - great location, staff, amenities & the room. Even with a limited space the room was a complete suite. It was well endowed with everything one could need for a short or even a bit longer stay. Every staff member was well versed with English & was very prompt & helpful. For us non Japanese natives that was great. Presence of a Nepali restaurant on the ground floor right next to the hotel was an unexpected added bonus for Indians & South Asians.

The apartment was more spacious than I expected. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioners worked well. Really was nice to have a washer in the apartment. The shower also served as a clothes dryer.

Loved the location, and the facilities around us, the fact there is a mini theme park - so fun! Lots of great food places and places for a beer after exploring all day. Close to a few metro stations, room was great - bigger than most of our other Japan hotels which was fab with two big suitcases. Staff were helpful and facilities on site were great, had a brilliant stay!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Tokyo! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
I was also impressed by the hotel's flexibility - they kindly allowed me to store my luggage before check-in, which was a huge help.
The breakfast was delicious.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. The combination of friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities makes it a standout choice. Five stars, without a doubt!

Location was great. The room was very clean with all amenities and staff were very friendly and helpful. There are nice restaurants in the area and its located very close to convenience stores. Its also located right next to a Don Quijote so you can go shopping at midnight which is a huge plus.
