Good quality service, room is well designed with style. The bed is super comfortable. They also provide kimono pajamas for couple to sleep in which is very thoughtful! We love the location of the hotel. It’s super quiet and local restaurants are lovely to discover!

I appreciated that there were many options for restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance from our hotel, Section L Ginza East. The staff (especially Indriani, Zoey, Stefan and Hero) exceeded my expectations as they were always helpful and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. I would definitely choose to stay at Section L Ginza East when I return to Japan for a family vacation.

It felt like we were living among locals. There are many local restaurants around the area that aren't pretentious and easy to get to. Also, Ginza shopping strip is about 30 min walk, we loved the area and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

The accommodation was neat, clean and had everything we needed; very comfortable beds, nice bathroom, good quality washing machine, good air conditioner, fridge, cook top, microwave and mini oven. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. I definitely will stay at Section L when I return to Tokyo, and recommend it to anyone

Excellent service from all the staff. We were always greeted with a smile and asked about our day. Breakfast options were excellent and delicious! Concierge was also amazing in helping us in making reservations for dinner. Only wish would be a spa in the hotel! Highly recommend and would return again :)
