Seochon Guesthouse is set in the Jongno-gu district in Seoul, 600 metres from Gyeongbokgung Palace. The Korean-style rooms come with Ondol, Korean heated flooring, and futon mats. Amazing place to stay near the palace district of Seoul! The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always had suggestions of places to visit if we needed them. It was lovely experiencing the floor heating system and it was an extremely comfortable stay. My partner especially loved the breakfasts the owner made each morning.

The place is clean and tidy, with a comfortable double bed, 2 single mattresses for kids, and enough space to stay comfortably. It is well located in Seoul, close to lots of restaurants and shops, with train and bus stations nearby, allowing quick access to many places. The owners are local, friendly, and very easy to deal with and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Its a really cozy place with a traditional interior! the houses itself may be old but its obviously well taken care of. the staffs were very accommodating too. its really accessible because the airport bus is literally a minute away. Great place to stay at in the middle of seoul!!

We enjoyed the traditional style house, and the neighborhood is fabulous. Lots of small shops, bakeries and restaurants, great local market, and even hiking, all within walking distance. And, a little longer walk or bus ride to the center of Seoul, palaces, etc. Friendly, safe neighborhood. The house has everything you need, including kitchen and laundry. Great air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped. Absolutely no complaints, except that we wished we had booked it for our last few days in Seoul too!
