The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything well taken care of. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Hamra, with cafes, shops, and restaurants just steps away, yet the hotel itself feels quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Beirut. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a prime location!

Gems Hotel offers modern accommodation in the heart of Beirut. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property. There is also an site restaurant. This hotel is a credit to the wonderful staff that manage it. They look after all their clients’ needs really efficiently. The rooms are immaculate, well furnished and spacious. Central location next to anything you might need staff are amazing the receptionists ladies were awesome they made sure were comfortable and got us all we needed

I must say it was a truly memorable experience! From the moment I checked in, Mahmoud warmly welcomed me and answered all my questions with a smile and professionalism. A special shoutout to Rouquaya, the room cleaning staff, who ensured my room was spotless and comfortable every day. It's the little touches like these that make a big difference. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking balcony view, especially during the morning sunrise. Watching the sun rise over the city skyline was a truly enchanting experience and made my mornings even more special. The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I felt safe and well taken care of during my entire stay. I would like also to extend my sincere gratitude to Joumana for making my visit so enjoyable. Her guidance, knowledge and advise were very helpful. She is a gem!
