Had a fabulous week staying here, made to feel genuinely welcome in what is a superb family run Hotel with its own separate Restaurant that has featured on the BBC series ‘Remarkable Places to eat’ where they rated the Shoulder of Lamb as ‘the best meal in Marrakesh’. The onsite restaurant is stunning and offers a good menu with exceptional quality food and the Shoulder of Lamb to share at 650dh was so good we went back two days later and had it again It is a great base to stay and explore Marrakesh or further if you book a car or travel trip. It is not in walking distance of any of the attractions but we chose not to be because in so doing we avoided all the hustle and bustle of crowds of people and traffic jams of the centre We also used the in house Spa for Hammam and massage and will definitely come back again The staff are wonderful. Helpful, friendly and attentive and most with good language skills in addition to Arabic and French, sufficient English for our needs.

Our stay at Redmoon Villa & Riad was made truly exceptional by our host, Ismail. He is, without a doubt, one of the most welcoming and dedicated hosts we have ever encountered. From the very first cup of tea, Ismail demonstrated his incredible willingness to make our trip amazing, and he did it in multiple languages: English, French, Spanish, and Italian! This multilingual skill made communication effortless and personal. Ismail went above and beyond for us, especially when we arrived late and couldn't find food. He immediately helped us coordinate a delivery right to the Riad. For the rest of our stay, his help continued to be invaluable, as he assisted us in arranging transport and planning our touring itinerary. He is a fantastic resource and a true asset to the Riad. Regarding the Riad itself, Redmoon Villa is good—a normal Riad that offers all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything was provided, including a hair dryer. The only small tip I would offer future guests is to bring your own shampoo, as only soap is available. Overall, the combination of good, reliable accommodation and Ismail’s five-star service makes this Riad an easy choice to recommend!

Decent size pool that wasn’t overcrowded. Close to the locations we were visiting and not far from airport, main square and supermarkets very near by.

BEST PLACE IN MARRAKECH! We stayed at 6 diffrent places in Marocko within 3 weeks, this was absolutely the BEST one! For the first time we could enjoy a clean apartment, a polite host, clean bed linen, clean towels, clean and soft beds, clean kitchen accessories. Even the toilet paper was premium :D This was like a 5 star hotel. The other apartments had so many great reviews but they were not nearly clean as this one. The host was super friendly and continuesly asked if we needed anything. Overall: Great apartment, nice pools, clean areas and a exotic feeling from the terass. Very beatiful surrounding. 10/10!!!
