The staff is always open to make your stay unforgettable and helps you with everything . The hotel staff truely needs respect like tourists receive from them . The food of TUI BLUE Medina Gardens is amazing, choices are unbelievable and of a higher level . Presentation is very very beautiful done . The bed and cushions lay perfect ! The big swimming and smaller pool are well kept by and very clean . TUI BLUE Medina Gardens is situated in a perfect location on walking distance to the very very busy centre of Marrakech .

The location, decor, staff and restaurant at this hotel are excellent! Staff assisted with advice on tours and were very pleasant and always helpful.

The location is excellent. Close to the square but noise from the market square is silenced. The management is considerate and understanding.

The Royal Mansour is one of a kind. I’ve been to Marrakech before and thus didn’t leave the hotel for two days in order to fully enjoy the individual Riad which sets a standard beyond luxury.

Beautiful peaceful Riad, in a great location, easy to find and explore from. Helpful friendly staff, all amenities excellent and a great breakfast! Would definitely return next time.

The staff was excellent. Competent, accommodating, and friendly. Check-in was quick. The facilities were outstanding. Our room was spacious with everything we needed. The location was very good. We met the owner (a very nice man), who has a vision to provide people with a first rate experience.

We had an amazing stay! The RIAD is new and impeccably clean. The staff was professional, friendly, and made us feel so comfortable throughout our visit. The atmosphere was perfect, and the interior design is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was delicious, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future!

Hotel Amal is a Morocan Family buisenes. Most of the Riads are run by them, for Morocan Tourists. Thats why, western people have to adapt, if they visit Moroco. Years ago, you paid 10 euro/night nearly everywhere, with Extern Tourist everything became expensive. While reading the negative comments, i have got angry. During my stay, tho Hotel was fully booked. Many Morocan Familys came, for them 130 Dirham is a lots of money, this Hotel is there price range, but they had to go, and search for another place, while my follow western tourist friends choosed thi place because of the low price, and then they could complaine about everything. Guys, i recommend, if you cannot adapt the style here, go and pay 3x more, and then you can have expectaisons, but common, everybody is coming for the cheap price, so do not wonder, you got what you paid for. The place have amazing location, be careful, google maps leads you somewhere else, if you arriving at Jmal Fna, you open your Booking account, and press there to the map if the Hotel, its will be very easy then. The Hotel have two parts, one for Women and married couples, and one for others. So they have also two separate terraces as well. The wifi was in the lobby realy strong. The room was more than okay for the night sleep, i also had a van. I never have seen so many cleaning stuff working all around. You can choose between 2 showers and toiletts. I always bring my own toilet papers with me in Moroco, because i know in this culture they use water instead of papers, so to avoid suprises, thats the best way / but here there was always paper as well/. The personal at the reception where very kind and friendly people, you just have to talk to them, they will help you, trust me.

Amazing 🤩 hotel do not look anywhere else everything is 10/10 especially receptionists day and night time both of them , the ladies at the breakfast and also the housekeepers

Good location, very clean, excellent service and breakfast. The lounge area is really comfortable.

Fantastic Hospitality especially the lady that serves breakfast. She made it possible for us to have an early breakfast at 08:00 when we asked her as we had a noon flight that day.

Nice roof top terras, close to the main square. Luggage storage for 10 dirhams. Clean shower and toilet
