The staff was so nice, it felt like staying with family. They were caring and always making sure everything was fine. They offered great tips regarding things to do and see. And the importance of negotiating (most) prices in Marrakech...lol. They also got me an appointment at a lovely Hammam, less than 5 minutes from the riad. It was heavenly. The location was great, I was able to walk to most places I wanted to visit. It's very safe, also at night and offers a great choice in restaurants. The riad itself is nicely decorated, well kept, and clean.I loved the quiet of the rooftop.

First of all, the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely did everything they could to make us feel at home. They don’t treat you like a tourist or just another customer, but truly like their guests, and this approach makes the stay feel much more special. As two women traveling together, it was important for us that a taxi could reach the hotel directly, and we had no issues at all with this. If it’s not too late, it’s also possible to walk from the city center. Their help with early check-in, the care they put into breakfast, and being able to safely store our luggage even after check-out were a great comfort. Overall, every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged to make you feel like a welcomed guest rather than just client Thank you again for everything.

Rachid was the most amazing host I’ve come across in my many years of travel! I was welcomed at 21h30 with homemade ‘bourbon whiskey tea’ famous in Marrakesh, biscuits and a chat. The room was just gorgeous, cozy, modern but homey. I didn’t think it could get better until I had breakfast! Everything was homemade with love by Rachid and you could taste it! Soul food! And Soul company. Many thanks Rachid! Would I stay here again? No doubt about it!!

A quiet and cozy place, in the heart of the medina. Everything was perfect, the place is beautifuly decorated and spotless clean. The hosts are kind and helpful people. They served us a very good breakfast at 6 am, because we had to leave early in the morning.

Immaculately Clean, beautiful and new! Stunning modern decor, looks even more beautiful than photos. The lovely owner Helene is also an interior decorator and it shows. Every angle of the riad there is beauty, art, lighting and a different mood! The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The service is brilliant- Younus, Faisal and Fatima are very kind, attentive, caring and speak multiple language including english. There is a central raid, dining room, own balcony and rooftop dining and kitchen area. It felt like being at home. Brilliant locations only one minute from main tourist roads. We couldn't stop taking photos of the riad! Highly recommend!

It is so clean, fresh and quiet . Sophie and Alfred are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you .. the roof top terrace with a lovely plunge pool, sun loungers and a bar is just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine . They cooked us a beautiful meal on arrival . They organised some trips for us and were picked up just near the hotel . Do the hot air balloon trip .. so good . So many properties to choose from … don’t waste your time just book this one !
