We stayed in the Waterfront Suite. We enjoyed the stay and the hotel's color tone, design and standard. We especially admire the cleanliness level of the room and the quality of the service.. From the first step from the entrance, every staff was in a professional manner - polite, welcoming, friendly and helpful. This highlighted our entire trip in Macau to be relaxing, comfortable and safe. We will definitely come back in the near future!

The staff was very accommodating that they even allow us to check in early and provided us with other room since our room that time was not yet available.
The room was clean. We had a restful night.
The breakfast is superb 👏
Location is 💯 near to the senado square, walking distance actually. Public transport bus are just outside the hotel premises.
We are surely be coming back to stay with this hotel. We are satisfied all in all with their service and amenities ♥️

The 2 rooms is very spacious and we love the additional living room in the center where we and friends can have a nice evening chit chat after long day walk. You may request water bottles top up without any questions ask. There is many local eateries in about 10 minutes walk, behind the Sands, ours daily breakfast and dinner. The restaurant staffs were super friendly.
