The free hotel shuttles were incredibly convenient: This is expected for the area, but still a big plus for getting around easily. We also booked a room with the Eiffel Tower view, and waking up to that sight was genuinely delightful.
A few thoughtful touches made the stay feel extra special. The turndown service was an unexpected surprise, and we absolutely loved the signature Conrad teddy bears. The staff also paid attention to the tiniest details: they neatly tied up our messy charging cables and even noticed we were two women traveling together, and provided “Her” slippers instead of “His”. Small gestures, but they really made us feel cared for.

I recently had an absolutely excellent stay at The St. Regis Macao. While the property itself is stunning with amazing rooms and food, what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible team. Every interaction, from arrival to departure, was filled with warmth and genuine care.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone, starting right at the entrance. The doormen, George and Dominic, set the tone for the entire stay with their professional and welcoming service.
A special commendation goes to Xyrll at the reception desk. Thank you for being so thoughtful in arranging a room close to the elevators and ensuring we had a non-slip mat for my mom. These details made our stay so much more comfortable and safe.
We also had a fantastic experience at The Manor. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Cindy and Asmita gave us such a warm welcome. We were particularly touched when they went out of their way to print a photo of me and my mom—a beautiful keepsake from a wonderful meal.
Finally, thank you to Ivy from the Butler team for taking such good care of us throughout our time there.
The St. Regis Macao is truly a class act. We felt completely spoiled and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!
