Staff were fantastic - especially the young lady who checked us in but the bar staff were also great. The room was clean, comfortable, massive and had a great view. The bed was huge and the free drinks in the minibar are a really nice touch. The hotel is an easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars and a short taxi ride from the colonial old town and the Strip.

Inn Hotel Macau is a convenient 5-minute drive from Macau International Airport. Offering a pool. Famous food and souvenir street Rua da Cunha is within a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The location was perfect-close to Tapai centre-and easy walk to the Cotai strip past the wetlands...The local buses cheap and easy to use..easy to get to Macau(with Senado Sq) and Fisherman's Wharf using these..Alice particularly helpful on reception

Extremely nice and deluxe hotel. Very beautiful room with air conditioner. The bathroom is one of the best ones I’ve ever had. It has 24h reception speaking multiple languages, which is very important. Free shuttle bus to some major spots, such as Venetian.

The property was amazing. Everything and more. The staff were super helpful they made our stay that little bit more special by decorating our room and leaving us a card and rose congratulating us on our 12th year wedding anniversary. It was lovely.
