Great staff. Smiling,helpfull, just great people. Lokation is in walking distance to "the cotai strip" . Views from the window was great. 14 th. Floor. Especially in the night. You could see the light from the strip. The swimming pool looked great, from the window. Great restaurants nearby, but here it will be a help if you can speak some Chinese, but we managed by picture and hand gesture. The is also supermarked nearby if you need at sweet that the hotel don't have , but they have alot. Check out the menu before you go.

The location was perfect-close to Tapai centre-and easy walk to the Cotai strip past the wetlands...The local buses cheap and easy to use..easy to get to Macau(with Senado Sq) and Fisherman's Wharf using these..Alice particularly helpful on reception

I was planning to watch a horse game bet nearby and this is the perfect location to watch and spend around a day! the room can literally saw the field and was so amazing and the staffs were friendly and helpful clean and comfortable it has everything I need to stay in and a few shuttle buses available

The overall Palacios experience is great. Excellent location, good staff is plus. We booked a family room and for the first time, I did see kids slippers, bathrobs, toiletries... made special experience for kids. Aqua world and pool was great. Complimentary shuttle service worked well ... overall superb experience.

Staffs were excellent, polite and helpful. Room was big and amenities are more than enough. Great location with Water Park and Golden Wheel. We love our stay here and hope to be back soon.

The room was way above expectations. It was spacious, comfortable and with a view to the "Eiffel tower". Staff was very helpful. Shuttle buses made coming and going much easier. The gym was also spacious and well equipped. The swimming pools have an amazing view to the "Big Ben".

We had two adjoining rooms which provided plenty of space as a family of four. Both rooms were clean and spacious, and we probably would have been happy squeezed into just one with an extra bed (for a few days).
