I chose this apartment for the location and it exceeded expectations because it was very close to business, the market, and restaurants that I frequent during my visits to Lima. For 3 people, the apartment was perfect since it had 2 rooms, each with a bathroom. This might not be important to everyone, but this place had consistent water pressure and hot water, which in other places in Lima is not easy to come by ( at least for me). It was summer during our stay, the apartment had 2 fans to help with the heat, but we found that having the windows open during the day, really helped with keeping it pleasant inside without needing the fans. The hosts ( the couple) were very responsive and attentive during our stay. In addition, the reception/service desk staff were very helpful if we had any questions, since there was someone at the desk 24 hours, it felt very safe during the day and night knowing not just anyone could access the building.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful carvings in the doors and furniture. The bed was comfy enough to rest in and extra blankets were available in the closet for keeping warm at night (no heat). The shower had plenty of warm water, which I really appreciated given the cold room.

Nice hotel close to the water park and the center. Surroundings felt safe. On the Sunday morning the main street (Av. Arequipa) is closed for biking and skating. They have a very good restaurant with surprisingly low (acceptable) prices, you will find their menu in the room. Gje room had everything including the safety box and heading (AC).
