The architecture was phenomenal, recently remodeled and they did an excellent job at preserving and adding spanish colonial modern touches. Samantha, the owner, was amazing. Very nice, received us with coffee and tea and gave great recommendations. The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere.

Its a family run place and they are absolutely lovely. The mother cooks very delicious home made food for very reasonable price, home made jam and eggs and fruit for breakfast😋😋😋 The daughter is the translator and very helpful and attentive. The place is very clean, organized and well managed. The place is full of Peruvian art work and antiques. They guid you with where to go and how to go, where to exchange money and lots of helpful tips. You will feel cared for by the family

The position of the property is fantastic: safe area and well located with a bunch of good restaurants and bars around and close to the beach. The owner gave us a lot of suggestions which were more than appreciated. The breakfast is also very good in particular the juice!! There is hot water, and the beds are very comfortable.

Everything was excellent! It was a shared apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, one shared bathroom, kitchen and common area. We were actually there alone so it was the perfect place for us to have some well needed rest. We ended up doubling our stay and would have trippeled it if we didn't have a non-refundable stay coming up afterwards. Everything was super clean, apartment is well ventilated, bed super comfortable and kitchen super well equipped! On top of it, the owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with (important since they will not be on site during your stay). Location was also nice. Quiet street, near supermercado and Metropolitano bus stop, and lots of nice eateries and restaurants.
