Casa Cáceres is newly restored with the beautiful lower level open for guest use - a dining room, garden courtyard. Our gorgeous and spacious room was at the front but quiet and light. This guest home is in a superb location. Cafes and restaurants are steps away. The owner welcomed us and acquainted us with the neighborhood. We would return to Casa Cáceres in a second.

Augusto was so welcoming and easy to communicate with . Our plane was cancelled so we arrived a day late but he had the shuttle service waiting for us the airport and breakfast ready at the apartment. The breakfasts were delicious and ample. Friends were meeting us for lunch on check out day and taking our cases on to our next destination but couldn't get there for midday. He allowed us to leave the cases until they arrived. That was typical of him so accommodating and helpful.

The location of this apartment was great. Very safe area, 7-10 minutes walk from anything you need (coffee shops, restaurants, bridge, “subway”). The apartment was clean and very nice. It had a kitchen, washing machine and fridge. Very nice. Communication with the people managing the place was also really easy and they were very nice with our late check in.
