We were very well accommodated when we realized that even though we had requested a walk in shower, the one we were being given didn’t have one. So they upgraded us to a fabulous suite which was an absolute delight. Like being at home!!
The breakfasts were fantastic and all the personnel were so agreeable and helpful.

The apt was comfortable and spacious. The executive suites give access to the club, including breakfast, a light lunch and dinner. The gym is very well equipped. The swimming pool is good, but no external pool. The food is very good quality. There are 4 restaurants including the lobby bar.

The was kind, helpful, friendly and welcoming service. Especially from Joselyn who made me feel right at home and was very helpful getting taxis for me and with information. Highly recommended! The place itself feels more like home than a hotel ( but unlike an AirBnb meddling and scrutinizing vibe) ánd has an artsy bohemian vibe....lots of plants too. Very clean and economically priced.
