The hotel was beyond our expectations regarding its perfect location near the Monte park and the start of the toboggans. There is also a beautiful garden around the hotel premises. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Savoy Palace is equivalent of luxury. The rooms is spacious and very comfortable, with high end and modern furniture. The bed is very comfortable. Hotel common spaces also very nicely decorated giving the impression you are in a very modern and luxurious 5 star hotel. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with a huge variety of products and live cooking. Staff very kind, attentive and helpful. We appreciated the excellent underground parking. The view from the rooms (either ocean of city) is magnificent with the rooftop view of Funchal to be amazing.

The newly renovated 4-star Hotel Baía Azul is ideally situated a 4-minute walk from Funchal’s beachfront.
