Great localization, quiet, close to shop, bakery and cool restaurant Churrascaria Sao Roque. Kitchen was well equipped, we found all we need. Little wine and cake was a nice additive and we enjoy more of the same type later.

The property looked so much better than on the pictures. Sparkling clean and equipped with everything I could possibly need during my stay. Although not centrally located, it only took about 20-25 min to walk to Funchal (not as steep as it seemed!). Superbly stocked supermarket very close by. Nice view from the terrace. Excellent communication with the host. I had a great, relaxing stay and would happily go there again.

Everything perfect: place, food, premises. Very nice, comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens, big, nice swimming pools, comfortable sun beds, amazing views. We visited three restaurants in the hotel, food was very good everywhere. Nice Spa.
