It was perfect. The location to all places I wanted to go to, and so near the blue line that takes you to the airport for $ 2.50 The staff was kind and very helpful. I felt very secure. The cleaning staff did a great job. I think next time I will include this hotel on my next trip.

As a European I was always a bit disappointed by the quality of the hotels in the US. Until I found RIU! Beautiful, European style hotel in the very center of Chicago! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, staff is beyond amazing, breakfast is the best one I seen in any hotel so far! I'm looking for RIU hotels from now and on. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location right on Navy Pier. Easy access to tour boats, shopping, restaurants, and children's museum. Also close to other great spots near Navy Pier. Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable rooms. There are a couple restaurants in the hotel as well.

Wonderful! Beautiful hotel, clean well appointed room. Small neighborhood vibe, close to University of Chicago hospital. My Dad and I stayed while my mom was in ICU at the hospital. Chris, at the front desk, was AMAZING. He was kind, welcoming, compassionate and helped us with parking and reservations. Chris and the Sophy were a gem in a different time. Thank you!
