The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The kids got little teddies upon arrival. They helped us with directions around the city and the rooms were extremely spacious. We will definitely be back!

New hotel, clean, comfortable, everything was as it had to be! Nice personnel on reception, I asked for a room on upper floor and I had one. Calm, did not hear neighbours, very good breakfast too.

The apartment was wonderful, exceeded our expectations. Unlike others, it felt like living in your own apartment, not a place to rent. John was a very nice host. The apartment is located in a quiet area, five minutes walk to the subway, very well equipped.

The room was very efficient and clean, had everything I needed. The view of the city was beautiful. The staff was attentive and excellent. My last night I had an issue with an electrical short in the room (not the fault of the hotel) and the staff immediately resolved the issue and switched my room (and the manager followed up the next morning). The bar and lobby area is amazing and I thought the taco restaurant and quick serve area was perfect for grabbing something on the go or a late night snack
