Hotels in Universal Orlando Resort Area, Orlando

The manager Luciana and the customer service officer Ivo both made my stay memorable.

- Great location, walking distance to orange county convention centre - Significantly cheaper than all other nearby hotels - Massive rooms, containing TV (not smart so bring your own firestick!), microwave, coffee machine. Very clean, daily housekeeping. - didn't use the pools but they looked good - free shuttle for Universal Parks - friendly and helpful staff - good selection of places to eat in Pointe area across the road

Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice, polite and had attention to our needs.

Location is the best. Near to restaurants and Premium Outlet.

Affordable,Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great location, near to everything, friendly staffs, ample parking space.

Location was great for universal, awesome cafe on site, pool is great, rooms are spacious and comfortable This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint! Will be back.

Huge room and everything we needed for our stay. The staff was also so helpful and nice:)

Very clean staff very friendly

We had a wonderful time at this place. We can see the property is experiencing renovations, but anyway the hosts were extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, shower was great. Nice pool too. Special shout to the wonderfully polite Mr. Lino at breakfast, who managed to always help everyone. Hotel is remarkably close to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and City Walk (as in 5 minutes distance). There's a free shuttle at 8.50 AM to City Walk and at 6pm back to the hotel, but you can easily board an Uber and get there for less than 5 dollars each way. There's also a Denny's 30 yards away from the hotel open 24/7. Perfect for families with kids as you can walk to Denny's in less than 1 minute for a meal.

Everything was good.Room were clean, stuff friendly, location was perfect. I saved some money and had a decent stay. Only coffee in the morning but IHOP is 2 min walking distance. It was very quet and close to everything. Thank you team for making my stay so good!

The hotel was extremely well located and made it to easy to get to Universal Parks (Studios and IOA). The staff was super friendly and the warm complimentary cookies were such a nice touch.

Is close to universal, 8 min from there. The room is big enough, it has a pool and breakfast service

Very organized and clean, we can have a good breakfast and the localization is superb. Certainly I'll be back again.

Staff attendance was excellent. Shuttle service was perfect. Breakfast could have better fruit offer.

Great location Friendly staff Really clean pool area Refurbed room with microwave and fridge Free parking No resort fee

Lovely little hotel the staff where fabulous in every aspect of their job, very welcoming, breakfast was ok but will let them off with that, location perfect.
