The staff was very very helpful and friendly, we needed help with our luggage and they could arrange everything, hold for us for some time early and leave the luggage in our room before the check-in. Also, they helped us rapidly with a late checkout (paid half stay) and with the parking *they offer a private parking or you can park on the street in front of the hotel). The room is very comfortable and everything was very clean. Besides, the location is perfect, close to everything (walking distance)

The staff was tremendously helpful.
The room was so spacious. Hadn't expected that at all.
It was clean and comfortable.
Wifi was great.
Had stove for cooking so if you are a family, easy cooking your meal.
This waterfront hotel, located in downtown Seattle along Elliott Bay, is a 5-minute walk to the Seattle Aquarium.

we had a corner room on the fourth floor, super room, beds very comfortable location tothe NCL Cruise terminal right across the road superb if on the other piers eg 91 it is only a 15 minute taxi ride to the hotel
close to all the main facilities eg pike market, front piers, shopping, hop on hop off bus for transport back to airport it was a 25minute taxi ride & very attentive staff
