The communication upfront was very good (all details were provided) and the house was very charming. The kitchen was well equipped and coffee was provided which was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. An aircon was added to the room too! Extra points for access to the laundry! I enjoyed waking up here, close to cool cafes and hearing some birds from the benchseat window.

This location can't be beat, just a quick walk to plenty of restaurants, stores and Trader Joe's. Only about a 30 min walk down to Pike Place, which was a great way to enjoy the day and see the city. The loft bed was so comfy and the option to sleep upstairs or downstairs is a unique perk. The kitchen has a full size fridge which is awesome. 10 out 10 communication with the super helpful and friendly host, very quick to respond and fantastic all around. This place is an absolute gem, loved it!!

The location is very convenient and it is a very quiet neighborhood. It's worth noting that when I went at 7-8pm during my stay, there would be less street parking and some walking would be required to get there, but the neighborhood was very nice and I would consider it safe. The landlord was very nice and he took care of the needs in a timely manner.
