The house is in a fantastic location opposite Lake Wendouree and an easy walk to the Ballarat Botanical Gardens, Ballarat Farmers Market, Lake Wendouree Adventure Playground and Pipers by the Lake. We booked the property as we were attending an event at the Ballarat North Gardens and couldn't have been happier with the property and location.

The Stonehenge Retreat Was ideal for us, with a private bedroom downstairs and open upstairs areas, one with a double bed, the other with a bed-settee. It is a spacious comfortable home from home. The extensive trees and bushes give a sense of seclusion and privacy however they could do with some trimming to stop branches from making noises hitting the house. The well equipped kitchen is great and could be used to for preparing full family meals, not just the breakfasts that we needed it for. Really a great place to stay and I have no hesitation in recommending.
