The host was very flexible and facilitating and incredibly friendly. The house was fully equipped, everything you could possibly need was present. Japodski Otoci with a nice restaurant was a 5-minute walk away. The house was very clean and felt very homey.

This house is amazing, that just keeps on revealing more! Firstly the location is perfect if you are visiting the Una Nacional Park and the surrounding waterfalls. Lush greenery all around! After parking, you walk through a lovely orchard (pears and apples) as your front garden (complete with hammock & kids swings!) to approach the house. There is plenty of outdoor comfortable seating and sun loungers and the pool is perfect. Big BBQ and fire pit area with wood provided. Open the back gate and there is a dock with your own boat! (Paddle). Inside the house itself the furnishings are good quality, very comfortable bed and good shower. The kitchen/living area (all modern conveniences provided) is separate and opens out onto the garden area allowing for Al fresco dining if desired. The hosts were really attentive and welcoming and provided lots of helpful information on the surrounding area and good eating places etc. Nothing was too much to ask and they were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this property for couples, small families and groups to enjoy. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

The location is great and there is a restaurant (also breakfast) in walking distance. The river setting is beautiful and we even took the little boat out (after emptying it of water). We made a fire in the bbq outside and sat there which was beautiful. The house is very tidy, the bathrooms great and we also used the small jacuzzi in the morning (2 adults, 2 kids fitted well). The garden in front of the house is still being grown so that's why we did not give it outstanding but I am sure if the garden is green then its even more amazing.

The location next to the river Una is amazing. It has a large garden with fruit trees and a large covered area next to the river. We used our SUP many times each day to explore the area.

We rented this place for a business retreat so it was leisure are was essential for us. We managed to shut down from the city noise and work on our businesses, it was perfect. The house is great. Everything is clean and mostly new. The sheets are white and made of cotton which is a big thing for us. The communication with the host was very pleasant and relaxed
