The location was beautiful and peaceful. I traveled for work and was comfortable with the proximity to my office as well as the use of the Wi-Fi when I was working from my room. the hotel was great! we arrived with a dog and found a bag of treats on the table at the room. that was very thoughtful! the staff is friendly, Wi-Fi works perfect, the bath is huge and the beds are comfortable. Burgdorf is a beautiful city. highly recommend!

The only irksome thing was the Wifi. Most hotels just let you into their Wifi as a guest and the others just need a password. Having to sign into Swissscom and giving them all sorts of info was a little over the top for me.

For our family it was perfect!! The host was very accommodating and friendly. He made all posible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The price is very correct for swiss standards. The best thing is the location 200 metres from the train station and car park and the fully equipped kitchen. Negative point small bathroom!
