The room is excellent and the staff is amazing! My boyfriend got sick during our stay and the staff were so kind to provide us with late checkout and some goods to the bedroom to make him feel better. They wore genuinely concerned with us and did everything they can to make us feel good. So grateful to Bella and all the staff that supported us. 100% recommend the hotel.

The hotel located on the hill which makes the view cool and is easy to access city by free shuttle bus. Breakfast wasn’t that great, limited choice. Staffs are helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable (we booked 3 rooms), price is cheaper than expected. We’ll definitely book this hotel again for our next visit.
