Beautiful lodges, right in nature! The drive to get here, like others say, is 4km up a bumpy road but it's fine and not that bad. We did it in a normal car. The lodge is beautiful and surrounded by nature and right next to the river with waterfalls, and you can swim! Breakfast was fantastic! They don't serve dinner but there is a restaurant 200m down the road that does! The owner is so friendly and helpful! Would 100% recommend!

John and Kerry are great hosts and they are super friendly. The Hotel is very nice and cozy. I love the concept they are running there. The hotel has a trail to the nearest beach, which is Playa Tortuga.

This was my first trip to Costa Rica. Our first airbnb did not work out but finding and booking at Gaia Ecolodge saved the trip! This personal villa had air conditioning, a great shower, king size be and was very clean. The pool was nice. The onsite bar and restaurant is amazingly delicious- having breakfast included was an added bonus. Also the best pina colada I've ever had! Would absolutely stay here again!

The cabin is one of two cabins on the property. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation giving the feeling of being in the jungle even though grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The pool and gazebo was a great place for hanging out after a day of exploring the nearby national parks. The cabin had a fully equipped kitchen. The owners were friendly and accommodating.

The grounds were beautiful with amazing flowers! The pool was really clean and super inviting. The breakfast and overall service was exceptional. Really felt like we were getting take of. Wish we had stayed longer!
