The house is very well equipped, and it has a wonderful terrace. It's very quiet at night. The airconditioning works fine. It's not one of the generic, hotel-room-like short term rentals, but a place that had clearly been used as someone's home, which I like -- it gives the place more character. Aigües is a lovely, quiet, picturesque little town without the high-rise buildings that tend to dominate the coast here. There's a couple of nice restaurants, all located in the same street, very close to the house. More restaurant, shops etc, and a nice large beach, are in the nearby Campello, a much bigger place, some 20 minutes by car (a pleasant drive).

Ernest and Peter are amazing hosts, they really want you to enjoy your stay. The breakfast and dinner are recommended. The view is great, the village is calme. We got many recommendations from Peter. Still only 25 mins from Alicante (car).
