Difficult location, made worse by construction roadwork, where you can get lost. Best to ignore Google directions and proceed to Melide-Agolada road, where hotel is clearly signposted about 1-2 km from Agolada. Pazo is an exceptional place. A masterfully and tastefully restored old manor house on extensive grounds in a delightful rustic spot. Gardens enclosed by majestic trees and various sports facilities are there, including, most importantly, a swimming pool. Breakfast was adequate. Dinner simple Galician-style cuisine at low cost. Cocktails 5 euro! Limited wines, Rioja and Albarino, but Godello was presented the second night after I had expressed a taste for it! Staff were all charming and helpful.

Quality finish of bedroom/bathroom, very high standard. Felt very luxurious. We swam in the pool, chilled on the sun loungers and dined on the veranda. Incredible setting, very peaceful, very hospitable.

Very large, new, comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Two separate bathrooms, very convenient for a group of four. Close to the Camino de Santiago

Casa Saleta is a perfect, spartan place to stay with a group along the Camino. We only had 3 people, but the place could hold up to 8 comfortably (three bedrooms - one double in a room, two singles in a room, four singles in a very expansive room, plus couch downstairs). The washing machine worked great. It is rustic and simple. Beds are Right on the Camino - you have to pass it to get to the bridge. Portable plug-in heaters worked great. Kitchen had all you'd need. Bathrooms were nice (upstairs and downstairs). Called host to check in. She came by later to orient us to the area. Very pleasant and helpful person. Restaurant/bar next door. Walkable distance to several restaurants across the bridge. On the river - if opened the windows, could hear the rushing waters.

So near the camino..lovely and quiet..the host answered all my question..5 mins to furelos and a lovely restaurant..could not fault dis place..

A simple looking accommodation but with great private rooms, comfortable beds, clean hot showers, great staff, and wonderful restaurant that serve good food. We'll visit and stay again the next time we're in the area.

My room on the fourth floor had floor-to-ceiling windows for an awesome view of the city and the plaza below. Happy hour, 5 to 7 PM, drinks and snacks on the terrace. Self serve laundry; A/C; beautiful room, and bathroom and very comfortable bed. Black-out curtains. Friendly helpful staff at the front desk. Great location on Camino.

super friendly staff, washing facilities, comfort for pilgrims, great restaurant and bar. The bros Luiz and (?) were really gracious, spent time with us, and we just loved hanging out there on a cold and windy day
