Perfect stay. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very warm and cozy. Less than 3 minutes walk from the ter station.

Lovely hotel on the riverbank, the staff was very nice - not all of them spoke a lot of English, but were willing to put up with my broken French and find a way to understand each other. The room was clean, with space to move around and lots of storage space near the entrance. The bathroom was small but very well arranged, the bed was large and comfortable.

It is a clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with access to jacuzzi and sauna. All rooms provide a warm welcome and homely feeling which is nice and definitely not standard for holiday apartments. All amenities where great with two showers and a well fitted kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and personnel was very friendly, before our stay and during, although we did not have a lot of interaction.

Very quiet and spacious. Wifi reception was excellent. Easy access to groceries, highway etc. Veronica was very helpful, even supplied laundry detergent pods.

Location was suitable for us and house was spacious and out door pool was a plus as we had kids with us. And we were provided with extra fans as it was very hot upstairs.

Very pretty Hotel perfectly located to explore Alsace. The staff was friendly (Muriel exceptionally so!) We felt very warmly welcomed. Our dog was also welcome and treated very friendly. She could join us in the breakfast hall, and even though we didn't eat in the restaurant it seems like dogs are allowed there as well. The rooms are very spacious and ours had an Aircon which was a life saver during the heat. The bed was huge and also very comfortable. We had a great stay and would come back to stay at La Charrue again.

Christine is an exceptional host! All apartment is arranged with great taste. Christine 's breakfast is also what you need to try, as it was always perfectly served and consisted of special Alsacian dishes and homemade jams.Loved every minute if stay!
