Great property near Beauvais airport. Clean, cozy and welcoming hosts

We stayed here after visiting Beauvais Cathedral. it is a really interesting chateau in a very quiet location. From what I was able to understand the owner is Iranian and has recruited Persian speaking Afghans to run the hotel and they did a good job (and spoke good French too). Chaumont-en-Vexin is very quiet in August and we ended up having to drive all the way over to Gisors to find a restaurant that was open for dinner.

Hosting family were so lovely, we were stuck for a taxi back to the airport after checkout and they kindly gave us a lift Room was just as advertised with everything you need: towels, shower gel... even some chocolates

Our host was so kind and thoughtful, the refreshing drink while sat under the magnificent Horse Chestnut tree was very welcome after a long drive from the south. The grounds are tranquil and picturesque. The room was spotless and comfortable with everything provided. Our dog was made very welcome, which is a high priority for us. We would definitely stay again, which is the best compliment that we can pay.

Beautiful chateau in the middle of nowhere. Owner was very accommodating if I needed anything. Shame she closed the restaurant before I arrived as I had to walk to the only option within miles - pizzeria. I was lucky enough to have the chateau to myself and I ate my pizza in the pretty garden surroundings with a bottle of wine. Perfect. Amazing breakfast. Thank you :)

We stopped here for one night as we traveled back from Normandy, leaving for the airport the next day. Beautiful building that was 14th century monastery. The property is gorgeous! Booked 2 rooms which were clean, simple and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Kevin greeted us and checked in on us during our brief stay - he was helpful with giving us the history of the location and recommendations for dining and travel. Would definitely stay here again.
