There are some board games and books to use while there, with a comments book, which is a lovely touch (could do with having a pen). The owners left a pint of milk, hot drink supplies and basic toiletries ready to use. Lots of towels and bedding provided. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

The B&B was a short walk from Pocklington, and from there we were able to catch the bus into York and be in the centre of town within 45 minutes. We would absolutely come back and stay again, we had a lovely time

Uniquely styled and full of treasures, this house is perfect for families. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The garden was flooded when we stayed (as a large proportion of the country!) but looked a fabulous space. Warm, well equipped and comfortable. We liked it so much we've booked again!
