Great Central location yet really quiet, great annex with everything you would need. Stayed as a wedding bridal party before wedding there was lots of space, lovely photo opportunities in the grounds, and a lovely host.

This is a stunning farm house. Large spacious clean and tidy.. well equipped kitchen and boot room.. Great fire place in a cosy snug like living room.. large bedrooms. we loved watching the horses around the farm.. super friendly host hard working host couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend and return

A really wonderful stay, with everything we needed. We haven't done traditional camping before, so thought this was a good way to introduce our family to the sleeping/living in the outdoors. My girl guide days were re-lived, and had great satisfaction in getting our wood fire pit going- our children were very impressed! Wonderful to have hot showers every morning, and clean flushing loos! Comfortable sleeping, and all the help from Louisa which was reassuring in the planning of our stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family☺️☺️ x

We love visiting Norfolk for walking and bird watching, have stayed in various nice hotels and self catering accommodation over the years, but this was the best place we’ve stayed. We were extremely comfortable in this beautiful home. We loved the atmosphere and decor, the peace and quiet. On one of the days, the weather was particularly wet, but we still had an enjoyable day, reading and admiring all the interesting pictures and garden prints. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked with every dish and utensil we needed. On the days we did get out walking, it was great to come back to such comfort and to be able to dry our wet jackets and boots in the utility room. The gardens are a particularly wonderful feature of this accommodation and we were invited to walk around and to enjoy all the lovely perspectives and views. We enjoyed seeing the many varieties of trees and shrubs and the beautiful sculptures. We appreciated this greatly and it added to the restful nature of the location. Thanks to Katie for excellent communication and the recommendation of the local pub, the Brisley Bell where we had a great meal.

Very spacious , olde wolde property. Lovely layout , kitchen huge , everything we could possibly need there. Comfortable beds , plenty parking and outside space. On a quiet country lane . Good location .
