Absolutely beautiful place to stay ,clean comfy and plenty facilities, beautiful tasty home made scones with jam and cream waiting for us , milk,tea,coffee all there, and towels , wonderful as I forgot mine , I would stay there again as soon as I get the chance 😋

Lovely warm welcome; helpful directions and suggestions re: central King's Lynn; room nicely furnished; water pressure in shower a bit weak but more than ok; breakfast was excellent. Good location for short walk through a lovely park to the centre of town.
