Vincent is the manager and will do everything to make your stay a great experience. The rest of the staff is good too. Well trained and helpful. Food is excellent and menu is surprising for a small country inn. The inn itself is very old but in good condition and has a very nice feeling about it.

One of the best places to stay in Lechlade. By the river, with cruising boats and a large picnic garden, the place is all set for greatest gateway to the Cotsworld. The staff is friendly and food is excellent. Also, the pub and restaurant is conveniently located with ample free parking, even though not staying there. I did this, when passing by. The height of room ceiling, well groomed colour coordinated matching furnishings adds grandeur to the room. Wonderful, it is. Next door is the church, chiming divine bell, every quarter, together they create a nostalgia of an Inn in 17th century.
