Family hotels and homes in Agios Nikitas

Amazing location with even more stunning view. Pool area is great for some relaxation. Nice rooms with all amenities. Very clean, meets my standards with a plus!

Everything was brilliant from the beginning to the end of our vacancy! Kostas and Cristina were amazing in every single thing, caring about every single costumer and their needs. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony was breathtaking on every sunset! Breakfast was rich and delicious and you can enjoy it outside with a relaxing seaside view ! The location of the house is very strategic because it gives you the possibility to go easily to Milos Beach and Kathisma beach(my fav) and go for a walk in Agios Nikitas which is lovely! I really recommend this place if you want to rest after a long working year! Worth it!

Christopher and his wife Maria are really great hosts. They tried to help me in all situations. They really want to help. Lefkafa in whole and Agios Nikitas is really beautiful place. And the most beautifull beach in Lefkada - Milos located in 25 minutes from the apartment (road across the mountain). If you will stay here you exactly value the view from the balcony. It is a fantastic.

Great location with direct private access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Lefkada or anywhere for that matter, albeit quite a vertical climb. Great having pool. Stunning sunset terrace.

A beautiful spot, so easy with a family as we could watch the kids in the ocean from the deck tables. Agias Nikitas was a lovely holiday town with all that is needed for a few days of swimming and eating. Kind owners and great communication on where to park, etc.

Extremely comfortable for a family of six. Location/views offered were exceptional. Very clean property with all necessary comforts (washing machine, BBQ, coffee) Nice touch with Wine and Cheese ready for our arrival. Close to Agios Nikitas (can walk but steep) and close beaches. Water taxi service easy to Mylos beach.

We had a wonderful time! ☀️ The place is absolutely beautiful — so peaceful and quiet, exactly what we needed. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you for your hospitality and for creating such a lovely place. 😍

The villa was large for 5 people, a lot of space and comfort! It was very clean! The location was very convenient, not far from beaches, restaurants and shops, but also in a quiet area. The host was very friendly and replied within moments on our queries. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our staying. The apartment was fully equipped. and very clean. Every thing in the apartment is new. the pool was great. Kostas and Lina were very nice and available for every request.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt just like our own home. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated that the villa was cleaned every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to the lovely housekeeping lady, who was so friendly, kind, and did an amazing job every single day. The view from the villa was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our vacation. The location was also perfect—quiet, convenient, and ideal for exploring Lefkada. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so comfortable. We highly recommend this villa and would love to come back again!

Pretty much everything was perfect. The view is exceptional. Great pool, the villa is extremely comfortable and done to a very high standard. The location is great for the west coast beaches. Staff were friendly.

Host met us at the property and we were greeted with warm Lefkada hospitality. We were provided with a bottle of wine and refreshments. The property was modern and had a lovely fit-out. Bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the necessities. The pool and surrounds were absolutely stunning.

Breathtaking view, clean, amazing pool, relaxing.

The villa we stayed in exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the amenities provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need, including a dishwasher and a generous supply of coffee, tea, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, and even napkins. It made meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. The swimming pool was a highlight for both the adults and children. It was well-maintained and had a good number of deck chairs and a table with chairs for us to relax and enjoy. The entire area was nicely designed and provided a great space for everyone to unwind. All the rooms in the villa had air conditioning, which was a blessing during the hot weather. Additionally, each room was equipped with its own TV, and there was an additional TV in the living room, accommodating everyone's entertainment needs. The open plan ground floor was spacious and allowed for easy movement and interaction among our large group. One notable feature was the automated canopy for sun protection, which was conveniently operated with a remote control. This added an extra level of comfort during the sunny days. The hosts of the villa were fantastic. They were attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was clear that they took pride in their property and wanted to ensure a pleasant experience for their guests. The villa also had a washing machine with necessary supplies, an airer, and an iron with a board. These additional amenities were greatly appreciated, especially for a longer vacation. The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable. We noticed that the cleaner not only took care of the interior but also maintained the swimming pool well. It made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free.

The location is perfect for families and couples willing to enjoy a great vacation time in Lefkada. The facility provides great space and privacy, together with various shared areas (e.g. pool and bbq). Giannis, the host, is an amazing person, very friendly and helpful with tips about interesting places to visit (e.g. beaches, restaurants) or activities to do in the surroundings, and also very supportive and responsive in case of need. Looking forward to coming again in the future to enjoy another great holiday!

It was very clean and nice. A big bonus for the area is that it has a parking place included.

This is a lovely place to stay a short way from the hustle and bustle of Agios Nikita’s and well located for road trips around the west coast and inland. The apartment is bright, airy and well equipped with stunning views over the hill, particularly if it’s a full moon! But what makes the stay, is meeting the wonderful spirit that is Anastasia, the host. She was so lovely from the moment we arrived and her warmth, sincere character and efforts to ensure we had a lovely stay will always remain a sweet memory for us. Thanks Anastasia and we hope to visit again one day :)

Everything was perfect. The villa, the location and the hosts were wonderful.

An Exceptional Stay – More Than Just a Place to Stay This was, without a doubt, one of the most wonderful accommodation experiences we have ever had. From the very beginning, our host went far beyond what anyone could normally expect. He stayed in constant contact with us while we were on the road, making sure everything was going smoothly and that we knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. Throughout our entire stay, he was incredibly present, attentive and helpful, always answering our questions promptly — no matter what time of day or night we asked. What made the experience truly special was his genuine desire to help us discover the real beauty of the area. He recommended more secluded, untouched beaches, as well as wonderful places nearby where we could eat and enjoy authentic local experiences. His recommendations made our stay so much more memorable. The room itself was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained and smelled wonderful. Everything we could possibly need was there, with great attention to detail and all the necessary amenities. It was comfortable, welcoming and felt like a place that was genuinely cared for. But what truly makes this place exceptional is the person behind it. Our host is one of two brothers who run the property, and he is simply an extraordinary human being. His kindness, warmth, generosity and genuine care for his guests are something you don’t come across every day. There are places you stay at, and then there are places that become part of your memories. This is definitely the latter. We came to Greece looking for beautiful beaches and unforgettable moments, and we found something even better: exceptional hospitality and a truly wonderful person who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. We would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Greece. Five stars simply don’t feel like enough.

The room was really good and clean. The owner is very kind and really helpful.

We enjoyed a lot our stay with Anastasia. She was very kind and welcoming. The apartment is exactly how it is described. Thank you again, Anastasia!😍

We absolutely loved the holiday home. Beautifully decorated inside, air conditioning, outside terraces, seaview, 3 bedrooms all with own bathrooms and the comfiest of beds, kitchen with everything that's required including coffee machine, and the location was amazing. 2 mins from the beach and number of good restaurants, and about 5 mins walk from parking. Thank you Anastasia for being there to meet us with keys and information. Thank you Anastasia (2!) for looking after the property so well. Thank you Monica for letting your wonderful home out and coming to our rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out.

Everything about this property was amazing. We loved everything.

Luxurious and modern without being overly flashy. Beautiful sunset views. Breakfast was simple but very much welcomed. Christos and Lina were the best hosts. Holidays will not be the same without them. Would love to return.

Everything was just perfect ! The villa was amazing, the view from the pool watching the sunset every evening was breathtaking! Everything in the villa is brand new and the highest standard, beds are very comfortable , we already booked this property for next year as we love everything about this villa and Lefkada !!! Have to mention our concierge Eva and Alexandra were very nice and helpful also the cleaning lady Anna and maintenance men (forgot his name) were very friendly , was pleasure to chat with them almost every day ! Highly recommend to book this villa and you won’t be disappointed! Looks better than on pictures!

Great location, spotless facilities. Great choice for families. Great sea views. Amazing sunsets. Plenty of safe parking space. Extremely friendly hosts, who are easy to communicate with. The private swimming pool (separate pool for each maisonette) is cleaned everyday before you wake up. Agios Nikitas is a vibrant village. Shops, tavernas and a very nice beach are 5 min walk away. If you rent a car you can visit many other beautiful places on the island. Highly recommended!

Nature around, sea/mountain view, privacy, pool (cleanly maintained), villas facilities, proximity to the village with all it tavernas, plenty of fantastic beaches around, etc

Very lovely place. Owners are very nice. A bit pricey but I understand because it’s a seasonal destination and they have to make up for the whole year.

Location was secluded yet close to village. Lovely to have our own little home .
