A wonderful stay at Despina's accommodation. The view from the front yard under the covered area was splendid, and the perfect spot to relax amongst the hills. The room was incredibly clean and well maintained as well as comfortable bedding. Despina was a wonderful host - lovely and incredibly accommodating. Perfect if you want a breathtaking view, tranquility amongst the hills in a small quiet town and a short drive away from the main town and beach front. A car is needed to drive to the beach and taverns, however there are also 2 taxis drivers in town who are also wonderful!

The owner of Hercules Guesthouse Elissavet is the hero she was very welcoming and made us feel at home, The place is on the main road, with spacious room, a beautiful garden, a great view over the sea via a big balcony, and a simple kitchen but with full equipment, something to mention that was very important to me which is the bed, it was so comforting that you feel to continue sleeping longer, especially my wife has an issue with her back and she was worry, but she enjoyed the comfort bed, the room has another roof that can take another bed for extra people. There is also a free parking place. Again I would like to thank Elissavet that she made our stay easy as it was our first time in Evia, she suggested beaches to go to and restaurants as well. I can't write everything, it will be so long, The prices are pretty good compared to the other places around, it is really value for money! I uploaded photos, they also speak about the place. Thank you so much Elissavet, we strongly recommend Heracles Guesthouse.

Perfect location, beautiful nature, reasonable distance to Orthodox Christian Church monasteries and Churces for those wishing to venerate the Holy Saints David, Jacob and St. John The Russian. There are buses to use if you need and easy access to taxis. The perfect host Despina is lovely..the beach is beautiful..tops..I wish I could stay longer. Safe families and single travellers and enough amenities and eating venues/cafe facing beach. The beach is well organised. Despina the host goes out of her way to help you with anything you need.
