I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful booking house located a mere 150 meters from the beach. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the idyllic setting and warm hospitality. This charming abode offered a delightful combination of beach proximity, a refreshing pool, and a genuinely friendly host, making it a memorable experience. The house itself exuded a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The accommodation was well-appointed and immaculately clean, providing a cozy home away from home. The availability of a pool was an added bonus. It offered a refreshing oasis to unwind and cool off after a long day at the beach. Whether I wanted to relax poolside with a good book or take a rejuvenating swim, the pool was always a welcoming feature. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional host. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcome and attended to my every need. Their warm and friendly demeanor created an inviting atmosphere, and they were always available to offer suggestions or answer any questions I had. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay was truly commendable.

There are 5 comfortable bedrooms, the whole house is spacious and very clean. Beautiful yards front and back. The host met us around midnight due to our delayed flight. They are so nice and provide free bottled waters.

there was no breakfast option . The main problem is getting there e.g finding the house especially in the dark/ no road signs no name of the street no map the gps doesnt find the street or house precisely you can go around for hours. more over it is really far from khalkida which shold be emphesize

Wonderful place very close to Athens. Amazing view from the balcony with your morning coffee. Cheerful Maria and Niko made our standby time in Greece really comfortable and nice.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean! The garden is beautiful with a big swimming pool and it has the most amazing view. Elisha & Nick are the best hosts. They are so friendly and they are willing to do everything to make sure their guests feel at home. Our girls (10 and 13 years old) especially loved the cats that Elisha & Nick give shelter. We can highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back!

Breakfast is provided, but the local bakeries are far superior. Restaurants, shops are very close and easy to find. The Friendliness of the host and local people is outstanding. My most valued impression of this trip.
