The vieuw ***and the garden full of lemons, oranges/manderines trees. The song of the birds. The food was excellent, good restaurants around.but also a good shopping facilities at the village.

The pictures do not promise too much. The stone villa is a really charming accommodation. We were excited. The house has been lovingly restored and equipped completly. We were allowed as a family with 2 children 19 days to spend there and have felt very comfortable. The rooms are very individually designed, the beds very comfortable. The air conditioning helped us well in the hot days. The nice outside area invites you to linger. The pool, which is ideal for refreshment, was cleaned every two days by Yannis. We gladly made use of the grill. Within walking distance there is everything for everyday needs in a Mini market. However, a car is essential. It is a nice quiet privat place from there you can reach many destinations in crete. Almyrida with nice restaurantes directly at the sea can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Our sincere thanks go to Yannis and Cecile for the very warm care during our time. Thank you for your fantastic homemade orange jam and the olive oil. We are missing your bread in the morning, your helpful recommendations and the cheerful conversations Yannis! The time in the stone villa will remain in very good memory. We were welcomed by the host, Dimitris in very warm manner. He was throughout the stay at any time available within minutes when we contacted him. The included breakfast each morning is just delicious and the villa is an absolute gem. 4 bedrooms with each their own bathroom, a lovely swimming pool, an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the warm evenings, the roof terrace with a breathtaking 360° view including jacuzzi, a fully equiped kitchen, barbecue,... In short, this villa has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and quite holiday. What we appreciated as well was the opportunity to order food at the villa. Each time, Dimitris treated us with a smile and more importantly with a free dessert. We visited already quite some villas and Sohora villa is definitely ranked at #1 for us. We would like to thank Dimitris one more time to make this holiday unforgettable for our family. We sincerely look forward to come back one day.

Beautiful villas in a beautiful part of Crete. The villas are decorated to the highest standard with lots of little features that gave them a homely feel. 3 proper bedrooms with comfortable beds. The pool and BBQ area is stunning with more than enough sun beds and umbrellas. The gardens are well tended and so pretty.
