The property is just perfect for a couple. Large room with everything one needs. A cozy sitting area, a large dining table, an outrageously comfortable bed, even a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with a massive fridge and a dishwasher. A big terrasse facing west for long afternoon and evening sun. There’s a separate bathroom with wc and shower.

Everything, the place is a little bit isolated but this is a pro. The neighborhoods are just wonderful people, they invited us to a buffet for their local patronal feast. This village is authentic and pristine. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the House is beautifully renovated, with respect to local style and tradition. Very comfortable and equipped with everything needed. And the starry sky...!

It's not even possible to describe how much we liked our stay in Giannis his house. The view from the terrace is wonderfull. The house really comfortable, with everything you need and more.

The property was super clean, fully equipped and the building is new. Eirini the host was super friendly and helpful. The Villa is far 15 minutes from kis Samos so it is best for people that looking for quiet place.

Amazing place, very peaceful at the top of the mountain. Strategically close to all the good places such as Balos, Elafonissi beach and Chania.  There is an amazing warm swimming pool with view of the mountain. Also barbeque area and one more outside table with a breathtaking view. The house can fit 8 people. One bedroom has a bit less privacy above the living room. All the others are very comfortable and well designed. There is a very cool covered parking area for two or three cars. There are sun umbrellas, blowup toys, beach ball (we also left some of them). The host was very nice and helpful. She also left us beer, raki, coffee, olive oil and sweets. The house was fully stocked with all we needed. Washing mashine, diashwasher, stove, TV and AC in every room. We wish we could have more time here.
