This was easily one of the most amazing bookings we've ever been to! The hosts welcomed us as we were friends of their family. The house itself is beautiful. It's made to make you feel at home. Everything was new, clean, spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, it has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, big fridge...Hosts made sure we don't come to an empty kitchen so they left for us so many things, like bottles of water, homemade lemon juice, bottle of limoncello, olive oil, chocolate croissants, coffee, butter, delicious strawberry jam, they gave us some vegetables from their garden too! The house has several balconies, three bedrooms, two of them with an A/C and a tv, the living room is spacious enough, it has a tv with Netflix, two large dining tables, a fireplace. Between the beauty of the house and the hospitality of the hosts, we knew we have to change our plans and prolong our stay at Simo's house. We sincerely thank our hosts for their warm hospitality and all the gifts they gave us! Lina sends her best regards to her new great friend- Mrs. Stela!

Wonderful location right at the heart of ancient Nicopolis, with a view over the ancient theatre and the lagoon. Beautiful. The owner met us in his car down by the ancient theatre, so that he could guide us to the property, which is in the tiny backstreets of what is basically a small village. It was all very easy and smooth. The apartment was really clean, really nicely done, and as an added bonus, it was only about one or two minutes' walk from a tiny, very simple village restaurant which served pork souvlaki, sausages, greek salad and delicious home-made fries (and nothing else) and was absolutely brilliant! All in all a terrific place to stay with Preveza airport only about 20 minutes away, and lots of the Roman city all around making the landscape really wonderful.

The location is exceptional . Located near the city of Preveza you can join the city in just 10 -15 min to have a wonderful evening there. If you feel like you don`t want to go out in the city you can spend your evening in a very quiet and friendly place at the garden of the hotel or in the balcony of the room . From the balcony you can see the ionian seafrom one side and the Amvrakikos Gulf from the other side seperated by green trees. The visit in ancient Nikopolis and museum is a must . The sense of walking around in the walls of the ancient city is great.

The apartment is located along the main road, just a few minutes from the beach in a very quiet area. The complex is very nicely arranged with full contents and details at every step.You will be welcomed by the very pleasant Mr. Niko 😊. The apartment is very clean and tidy, as is the entire complex. They even have their own sunbeds and umbrellas at your disposal.
