Elix and especially the private pool suite is unique in it’s comfort and view. Watching the sunset from there is astonishing. As a guest with autism this suite provided me a way to relax at my own pool without any external stimuli. The staff is working tremendously hard, is very professional and really kind.

The staff is the nicest one ever met! The location is great, a quite and relaxing zone. The room was beautiful decorated and good equipated. The pool area is also very clean. The breakfast is various, delicious, some of the products are homemade and also everyday part of the food is mixed and changed.

Perfect Location and great owner/staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Nice views. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice pool area, never too crowded as there are not many apartments. The apartment was cleaned once a day. It's only 3 minutes walk to the beach, where you can have something to eat or drink at the camping. The village of Perdika is a 5 minutes drive. Special thanks to the owners of Kotsampasidis Bakery and the Black & White Cafe. For groceries, we went to the Fotiou Supermarket in Perdika which sells all the everyday items one is expecting to find. Syvota is 12 Minutes by car and Parga is 30 Minutes away. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great location with a beautiful view, calm place, clean room. They don't have space for a baby cot, so we didn't ask for any, but when the owner Riki saw that we arrived with a two-year-old and that we put some pillows on the side of the bed to keep him safe, she immediately gave us baby bed fence so it practically made a cot out of a regular bed (and made me sleep like a baby too). Both Thomas and his mom Riki made us feel like we were staying at our cousin's home. I definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location, very friendly host everything clean and excellent brreakfast. Close to very nice beach. We enjoyed very much and definetly will come back.

It was our third or fourth stay in this hotel. We love totally everything about it - especially clean well maintained pool, nice and always super clean rooms, and a good breakfast. Staff of the hotel is so much pleasant and helpful🙂 they even helped me organize a surprise birthday cake for my husband, I am really grateful for this🙏The view is stunning as always
