We liked everything about Xysta Manor House. Mr. Stelios and his mother Maria, went out of their way to please and assist us. We had a memorable stay. The location was great, very close to the main square of Kalamoti. Despoina and her family were great-the communication with her was faultless. She gave us tips for the best beaches and restaurants in the area that we found very useful.

Excellent choice. Right in the center of Kalamoti. Easy way to park very near. A whole traditional house with everything you want. Very clean and tidy. Good communication with owner, very friendly. Very nice view from the top, we had cool evenings there at a glass of wine. Very nice streets nearby. Quiet and clean all the way. Can accomodate 5-6 persons without any problem. The house is a dream. Excellent price. Nice streets nearby, two squares and a church nearby. Excellent taverna at 30m nearby. 5 min door to door to Komi beach and aprox. 7 min to Mavra Volia, top beaches! Will keep in our soul this accomodation, one of the best in Greece.

Dear Maria was very helpful in everything. She gave us fresh figs as a gift. The house is a bit far from the center but it is a very nice and quiet place. We were very satisfied, if we come to Chios again, we will stay here.

Great hospitality. The location is perfect for day trips around the island and to the most beautiful beaches. The host, Mrs Maria, was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and super clean. We also had private parking. Nearby you can find restaurants, super market, pastry shops and other local stores. Definitely recommended!
